What is the Visual Arts program?

The Visual Arts Program seeks to promote the mission of Saint Mary's, Times Square through exhibitions, lectures and other activities that highlight the church's artistic treasures.  The program will also collaborate with other individuals and organizations in an effort to build connections between Christianity and the visual arts.

How do I learn more about the program?

You may E-mail us at info@stmvnyc.org or call the parish office and leave your name and telephone number.  A member of the steering committee will contact you as soon as possible.  You should also feel free to speak with one of the members of the steering committee: Erwin de Leon, Susan Miranda, and José Vidal.

How can I support the Visual Arts Program at Saint Mary's?

We need your support of this new program in a number of ways.  First and foremost, we invite you to view the shows and attend the lectures.  Bring your friends and tell your church, gallery or organization about us.  We would also appreciate your suggestions of artists whose work might be exhibited in Saint Joseph's Hall.  Please note that not all suggestions may be suitable for the exhibition.  The steering committee, with the Rector, reserves the right to determine the content of the exhibitions and lectures.
