Made in New York - If you would like to film in the church, on the premises or to rent space for your cast or crew.

For four decades, the New York City Mayor’s Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting has served as an invaluable resource to the entertainment production industry which employs over 100,000 New Yorkers. We value your business, and continue to find ways to make the City a friendly and affordable place to work.
The Church of St. Mary the Virgin has a lovely gothic interior which is ideal for filming and spaces for holding in two buildings. They church's main sanctuary holds six hundred people and there are three similar chapels for interviews and other productions. The two buildings have rooms of different sizes from a small conference room to a large parish hall holding up to 200 people. Small chairs and tables are available. Take a virtual tour for interior views of the church.
Saint Joseph's Hall is big enough for two sets. STJH has room for holding, catering and on occasion it is available for filming.

We offer a 10% discount for filming and holding with the “Made in NY” card.
Filming in the church is subject to content and approval by the Rector of the church.
