Reconciliation of a Penitent / Confession / Penance
Reconciliation of a Penitent, or Penance, is the rite in which those who repent of their sins may confess them to God in the presence of a priest, and receive the assurance of pardon and the grace of absolution. -- The Book of Common Prayer
Confessions are heard on Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The parish clergy are also available to hear confession by appointment. If you would like a priest to hear your confession by appointment, please call the parish office at 212-869-5830.
