Unction is the rite of anointing the sick with oil, or the laying on of hands, by which God's grace is given for the healing of spirit, mind, and body. On Thursday both the 12:10 PM Mass and the 6:20 PM Mass include healing services with Holy Unction. Those who wish may come forward for prayer with anointing with Holy Oil. The Parish clergy visit members of the parish in the hospital and offer Holy Unction to those who are sick.
